With Covid-19 travel restrictions easing throughout the world, the air travel industry has seen demand steadily increase, reaching near pre-pandemic levels. That increase has also had a positive impact on airport parking operations. With this, Concord Parking is pleased to announce that after a two-year suspension of service due to the pandemic, its YVR jetSet Valet service is back up and running.
Within the first few months, jetSet Valet quickly reached its peak capacity of 2,900 vehicles under care. During busy holiday periods, Concord’s team of professional valets greeted and assisted over 350 departing travelers each day. Utilizing “best in class” valet management software from industry leader ParkIT, Concord’s valet staff has the necessary tools to ensure the high expectations of customers are always met.
