Concord Parking Rebrands CTRL as Vista to Support a Forward-Looking Vision for Parking Operations
Customers will continue to enjoy the same trusted features and capabilities under the new Vista brand.
Burnaby, BC — Concord Parking has announced that it is rebranding its CTRL software as Vista, aligning the platform’s identity with Concord’s forward-looking vision for modern, integrated parking administration and enforcement. The name change better reflects the software’s versatility and the broader view it provides across complex parking environments.
Since its inception 10 years ago, Concord’s software platform has continued to evolve by adapting to the needs of parking administrators and enforcement professionals. Under the Vista brand, the platform continues to consolidate data from multiple sources, including third-party integrations with vendors such as Genetec, T2 Systems, Survision, MacKay Meters, and TrackTik.
Vista will continue to deliver greater operational clarity and a comprehensive view of day-to-day activity for clients’ parking facilities.
For existing clients, Vista is simply a refreshed name for the software they already know and trust. The CTRL and SMRTpass (now VistaPass for mobile payments) permitting systems will continue to operate without disruption, and customers will retain access to the same features and support under the new branding.
